Farm to Table Restaurant

Opened in the Fall of 2015, under the direction of Executive Chef Tory Miller, Estrellón brings Spanish-in uenced small plates and tapas to Madison, WI. After reading Zagat’s 2015 State of Dining in America survey of more than 10,000 diners across the country, Chef Tory didn’t want to be another “great food, but too loud” statistic. ABD Engineering and Design provided Room Acoustics and Audio System Design for the 3,500 sq ft restaurant. We also provided advice for reducing kitchen noise, and adjusting seating to create a more comfortable acoustic atmosphere.
