ABD Engineering & Design worked with this downtown Chicago event space to help them control sound from their existing venue, The Pavilion, the expansion, la Pergola, and the outdoor wedding arbor.
Our engineers performed an acoustical study to establish a baseline of existing sound levels, along with representative events, to develop a computer model. Our modeling revealed opportunities to help reduce the impact of event noise on the nearby residential properties.
